I have received a lot of questions about how to detox and decalcify the Pineal Gland on the video situated at the end of this article called ~ ‘How To Open & Activate Your Pineal Gland, Third Eye (Ajna) Chakra ~ 3 POWERFUL Techniques!’
So i decided to share with you all 14 ways to detox and decalcify the pineal gland and to help open and activate the ‘Third Eye’ energy.
Below is a how-to list:
1. Cut out the fluoride Intake
Fluoride has been shown to be highly toxic to the human system (see articles – http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/news/features/fluoride-childrens-health-grandjean-choi/ and – http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mercola/fluoride_b_2479833.html
Most states in the US have fluoridated water, and some cities do in the UK, so if you are unsure whether your tap water contains fluoride or not, then be safe and drink distilled and alkaline water. Also fluoride is in many of the mainstream tooth pastes that people regularly use, so go to your local health food store or search online and get yourself some fluoride free tooth paste. It’s even been found in a lot of processed food and junk food like: soda, chips, donuts, and fried fast food, so lay off the junk food and eat as many real whole organic foods as possible.
2. Drink alkaline or distilled water
Distilled water removes heavy toxins and metals out of the human body, but distilled water often removes all of the good vitamins and minerals from the water also, so a good way around this is to take a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt in a glass or warm distilled water, as this will help to put all of the essential nutrients back in the water to help with detoxification. Also Himalayan sea salt is rich in Magnesium and calcium, Magnesium is a very important mineral that many are lacking.
Besides being so important in the metabolism and synthesis of nutrients within your cells, it also inhibits the absorption of fluoride into your cells! Along with magnesium, calcium seems to help attract the fluorides away from your bones and teeth, allowing your body to eliminate those toxins. So during any detox efforts with fluoride, it is essential that you include a healthy supplemental dose of absorb-able calcium/magnesium as part of the protocol.
3. Eliminate or reduce meat intake
Many Meats, especially heavier ones like beef and pork and red meats, are very acidic. An acidic ph balance is not conducive for a healthy, decalcified pineal gland. It seems that an overly acid environment in the body tips the scales into an imbalanced and decreased functioning of the whole biological system. So reduce or eliminate the meat and you will notice the massive difference.
4. Practice Sun-gazing
It is said that extreme light mixed with extreme dark really gets the pineal gland functioning in the right way, our brains function best with a balance of dark and light. If you live in a sun deprived country or work indoors most of the day, sun gazing could be just what you need to maximize light exposure for the pineal gland. Taking in the Sun’s energy when it is orange or setting/rising is tremendously beneficial for the pineal gland and decalcification. You can do this daily for 3-5 minutes and eventually build up the tolerance to do it longer. Your pineal is a crystal and reacts remarkably to the Sun.
5. Sleep in total darkness
As mentioned above, the pineal gland functions best with both extreme dark and extreme light. When darkness falls melatonin production from the pineal gland is released and is at its peak, this helps to keep the pineal gland active and to increase the vividness of our daytime waking state. So try to sleep in total darkness as much as possible.
6. Don’t use fluorescent bulbs
As mentioned above, sleeping in total darkness enables the maximum pineal gland functioning. Unfortunately most people do not sleep in total darkness as we once used to as a species, we now have street lights that shine in through our bedroom window at night and clocks and phones by our bed that emit light. This all effects the release of melatonin, as the pineal gland is so sensitive that it can detect the most minuscule light, and thus this can effects its production. So if possible, sleep in pitch blackness without any phones, clocks, street lights or any other lights that could get to you. If this is not possible, then it may be worth investing a small amount in a night time eye mask, this will allow complete darkness.
7. Eat more greens & vegetables
As mentioned before, the more alkaline foods we can get into our system the more we are feeding the pineal gland and other crucial parts of our being for optimal health and functioning. Foods that have been charged with sunlight are electrifying and able to decalcify the pineal gland.
8. Avoid mercury
Mercury has been known for quite awhile to be extremely toxic. Most vaccines and tooth fillings are filled with mercury. Luckily, most dentist are now using non-mercury based fillings. If you have mercury fillings in your teeth, a holistic dentist can remove them, and the results can be quite remarkable. Many accounts have been told where people have suffered from depression, and when they remove the mercury fillings, their depression all of a sudden lifts.
9. Take chlorophyll rich “superfoods”
Just like with eating more veggies… but packing a more powerful punch, superfoods including chlorella, spirulina, sea moss, and wheatgrass can alkalize the body and assist in the decalcification of the pineal gland due to their strong detoxification properties. 10. Use herbs
Herbs like alfalfa, mugwort, wood betony, parsley, and gotu kola have beneficial healing properties. The pulp, barks, and leaves of the Tamarind tree help eliminate fluorides through the urine and it is widely used in Ayurvedic Medicine.
11. Use Positive thoughts and Visualization
The brow chakra (third eye) is an energy that emanates through the channel of the pineal gland, by keeping positive thoughts we help to make that energy strong and more in alignment. One good way to really generate a strong and efficient pineal gland and third eye energy is by the use of positive visualization and imagination. Whist laying down in bed before going to sleep, imagine and visualize the day ahead in a detailed and positive way, don’t visualize what others will or will not do, but instead visualize yourself being and doing all that you wish to do, acting in the way you want and completing any task the way you want.
12. Put an Amethyst crystal on your brow chakra daily
Laying down and meditating with a crystal is energetically beneficial for pineal decalcification. The purple Amethyst crystal is one of the strongest crystals for activating and stimulating that area.
13. Work with the ‘OM’ (AUM) Mantra
The word mantra is translated as ‘man,’ meaning ‘mind’ and ‘tra,’ meaning ‘vehicle’ so a mantra is a ‘mind vehicle.’ A vehicle to where though? We use the chosen sound or mantra as a vehicle to the true self or the divine consciousness.
The ‘OM’ or more accurately pronounced ‘AUM’ Mantra, is one of the most powerful mantras in the world, and it is no coincidence that it is used at the beginning of most other mantras. It is directly known to work with the ‘third eye chakra’. Close your eyes and focus on the third eye between the forehead and chant ideally out loud the OM mantra. For best results say the mantra 108 times in one sitting.

14. Meditate in silence and darkness listening to silence
In silence, a deep presence arises and this presence is our true nature as it was, prior to the noise of the chattering mind. Silence vibrates at the frequency of around 432hz, the third eye also operates at around 432hz, so when you are in silence and listen to silence, you align with your true essence and activate the third eye.
